VARBARIAN is a long-term project to create a brand for the web3.0 through the creation of items with creator participation, selection of items for sale through community voting, and promotional activities in the metaverse and web media using DAO. The VARBARIAN COLLECTION holders to be issued this time will receive many benefits as the VARBARIAN carries out its long-term activities. First, all "VARBARIAN COLLECTION" holders will receive 9 high-quality wearable NFTs. Many more items generated from the VARBNARIN ecosystem will be airdropped to the holders afterward.Of course, it is not easy to automate the process with blockchain and brand management with DAO immediately. Therefore, the project's process will be made public o, and the VARBARIAN COLLECTION DAO will be used for voting while establishing a new brand in the Web 3.0 era with the community over the long term.

Many creators have the skills to create creative items, but due to lack of knowledge about NFT, lack of marketing skills, and lack of name recognition, they are buried in the digital fashion market, unable to generate sales. VARBARIAN will build a system where any creator can easily participate in the creation of VARBARIAN items, and they will be able to amplify their sales. In the first stage of the ecosystem we will present, creators will get 90% of the item’s primary sales. The ecosystem will evolve as the situation allows more people(creators, marketers, promoters, writers etc) to participate, and will be transformed into a system where people who want to build VARBARIAN together can use their skills and experience. Of course, it is not immediately possible to create an ecosystem in which many people can participate smoothly or to automate the system using blockchain. For this reason, VARBARIAN will continue to work on the project while constantly disclosing the progress on Trello.
VARBARIAN currently holds one usable land in Decentraland and one in Sandbox, but will expand the area by purchasing additional land after the VARBARIAN COLLECTION is minted. A lounge, open only to holders, will be created in the Metaverses for exclusive events and parties. Also, regarding the airdrop of wearable NFTs to VARBARIAN COLLECTION holders, we will initially distribute more Decentraland items. The reason for this is that Decentraland is a metaverse that is already open to the public. In the future, when other metaverses such as The Sandbox and Meta are released to the public, items that can be used in those metaverses will also be airdropped.
We will start operating “Meta Snap”, a our digital fashion web media. This web media will feature articles about VARBARIAN items and our collaborating brands, but also various topics in digital fashion as a whole. Initially, the site will be run by the VARBARIAN team and outsourced reporters, but we will gradually shift to a DAO-style operation and create a place to hire reporters who are familiar with digital fashion. Once we have get enough access to the web media, we plan to release an IOS & android version of the app as well. We are also considering implementing features on this media such as “fashion snaps in the Metaverse” and “coordination contests,” where users can post content and vote.
